How it works

Step 1: Search and add to cart
Search for medicines on our ordering website and add them to your cart.
Step 2: Prescription, then submit
Upload a valid prescription where required, then submit your order.
Step 3: Chemist verifies
A partner chemist checks availability, the MRP of the batch in stock, and applicable discounts.
Step 4: You approve
Review the final order summary. Nothing is confirmed until you approve it.
Step 5: Delivered and checked with you
At your door, the rider checks each medicine with you against your approved order. Then pay by cash or UPI.

How do I order medicines?
Tap Order Now to open our ordering website, search for your medicines and add them to your cart. Upload a valid prescription where required and submit. A partner chemist verifies the order, and you approve the final summary before it is confirmed.
Can I order through WhatsApp?
Yes. Send your medicine list on WhatsApp to +91 99555 99250 and our team will help you place the order. You still review and approve the final order summary.
How do I reorder medicines I have ordered before?
On our ordering website, go to the Profile tab and tap My Orders to see all your past orders. Choose the order you want to repeat, tap Order Again and submit. As with any order, the partner chemist verifies it and you approve the final summary. You can also send us your list on WhatsApp.
Do I need a prescription?
Prescription medicines need a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, which the partner pharmacy verifies. Orders for these medicines cannot be processed without one. We do not give medical advice, so please ask your doctor about which medicines to take.
Why can the final price differ from the displayed estimate?
Prices shown while ordering are estimates. The partner chemist checks the MRP of the batch actually in stock and any applicable discount, then sends you the final summary to approve.
How are discounts calculated?
Discounts are set per product and confirmed by the partner chemist. Eligible items can get up to 18% off; some items may have a smaller discount or none. Your final order summary shows the exact amount.
Which areas do you serve?
We currently deliver to serviceable addresses in Doranda, Hinoo, Kadru, Argora, Ashok Nagar, Main Road and Lalpur in Ranchi. If your area is not listed, message us on WhatsApp to check.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver within 60 minutes*. *Subject to distance, availability, weather or any other external factor. Orders are taken every day, 9am – 9:30pm. For an update on your order, message us on WhatsApp.
How do payment, delivery charges, cancellation and returns work?
Payment is on delivery, by cash or UPI. Delivery costs ₹30 on orders below ₹100 and is free from ₹100. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. At handover the rider checks each medicine with you against your approved order, so please raise any mismatch then. Once you accept the medicines and pay, they cannot be returned.
